Adaptive Fire Training Solutions

I am a 20-year career Fire Fighter; I currently work with the City of Dallas as a Lieutenant and have taught at a local college for the last 8 year. During this time, I have noticed many departments send members to classes and they learn valuable skills to bring back. What is missing is training with their own equipment and staffing numbers they normally respond with, that is where Adaptive Fire Training Solutions can help.  We bring the training to you!  We focus on your own equipment and the staffing numbers that make training more realistic to your department's needs. This also allows us to help pre-plan target areas within your response area.

Although we are a new company, started in January 2025, we bring many years of experience to the table from many different disciplines.  All instructors currently instruct on their days off for either their own dept or at local colleges.
